Jimmy
Sherlock, Founder
OneCommand® GalacticTechnology® Global Ecology® PeaceBuilders®
ENVIROseal®
REBORN International was founded in 1996 by Jim Sherlock, an entrepreneur and humanitarian whose mission is to inspire and empower nations and their communities. Within REBORN International there are various companies that deal with building inexpensive permanent housing, producing drinking water from polluted or salt water, producing nutrient rich organic mulch from bio waste which eliminates fertilizer, and building solar energy panels for homes, solar street lights and solar refrigerators to name a few. Besides his humanitarian works, Jim is known for being an entrepreneur. In 1980, with only $100, 24 year old Jim founded Aegis Ryan Group. This became the largest auto insurance brokerage in the United States partnering with General Motors, Motors Insurance Company, placing insurance agencies in new car franchised auto dealerships. Two years later he created and named it "GAP" which covers the difference of what the insurance will pay versus what is owed on the lease/finance. Today it is sold throughout the banking and auto industry. In 1998, Sherlock became one of the partners of 1-800-BARNONE, which became the most successful sub-prime lead generator in the automotive industry. A few years later, in 2001, Jim co-founded, along with his good friend MC Hammer, OneCommand; the first technology to use the internet for voice broadcasting. By 2009, OneCommand was ranked by INC. Magazine as one of the top 500 fastest growing companies in the United States. Along with that, JD Power and Associates rated OneCommand as #1 in voice broadcasting. In 2003, he co-founded Galactic Technologies, creator of Enviroseal, a nano particle aerodynamic protectant technology that increases fuel efficiency as well as protects the entire exterior of cars, trucks, boats, aircrafts and skis to name a few applications. When Enviroseal was applied to a Ford GT in March of 2010, it broke the world record for the fastest street car in a standing mile at 267mph due to Enviroseal's aerodynamic finish that bonds to the surfaces. Jim Sherlock has also been a key speaker in various United Nations conferences where he has been asked to talk on entrepreneurship and investment. Through all of these works Jim SHerlock continues to strive towards his goal of creating an entrepreneurial spirit to the impoverished and eliminate poverty with prosperity through the opportunities given to REBORN International. Jim Sherlock has recently extended his humanitarian work to Africa; specifically kenya and its neighboring countries. He has come up with a fund to micro-finance oor and underprivileged people in this third world country. People with business ideas have and ar still benefiting from this fund at ZERO PERCENT(0%) interest rate! All profits made from all other business ventures in these third world countries are all going back to the community to establish infrastructure, sponsor students, take street children off the street and some to the micro-finance fund. Within forty (40) days of his entering Kenya, he has adopted over seventy (70) street children and put them in a REBORN school, micro financed over twenty (20) business, and organized the World Harmony Run in Nakuru, Kenya. He has also spoken n countless meetings and converences addressing thousands of people at a time; inspiring them through an entrepreneurial spirit. |

MC Hammer,
Founder, OneCommand®
MC Hammer truly brought rap music to a mass pop audience. Armed with a flamboyant wardrobe (particularly his trademark baggy parachute pants) and a raft of sampled hooks lifted straight from their sources, Hammer's talents as a dancer and showman far exceeded his technique as an MC. Still, he had an ear for catchy source material, and that helped his second album, Please Hammer Don't Hurt 'Em, become the best-selling rap album of all time. MC Hammer along with Jim Sherlock, Ron Fortt and Michael Obeso built the first web based automated voice broadcasting technology called OneCommand which today is one the 500 fastest growing companies in the United States |

Christian
Tirone,
CEO, REBORNinternational Superior Building Systems
President of RISBS
Christian Tirone is
an expert in Modular Technology and had worked in many segments
of the factory built housing market over the past 17 years. In
1997, Christian launched his first modular home sales business
in Reading, PA with virtually no capital. Through hard-work and
a unique system of sales and marketing he was able to quickly
expand his company to 5 locations in Pennsylvania and by 2001 he
had 13 offices stretching from New Jersey to California. Christian recognized
his captive modular audience and soon began offering financial
products, insurance, and general contracting services specific
to the modular industry. Due to an overwhelming response and
seeing a great need for general contracting in the modular
industry, he launched Modular Construction Services (MCS) as a
separate business in 2003. Christian focused his efforts on
developing large scale single & multifamily projects on the east
coast. MCS was a pioneer in
the construction industry, as no other firm in the tri-state
area specialized in modular and systems built technologies.
Through Christian's ability to attract, develop and maintain
strategic partnerships with national developers as well as
highly regarded architects, manufacturers and nonprofit
organizations MCS became a well respected and financially
successful company. MCS caught the eye of Roger Lyons, one of
the founder's of the modular industry in the states. Roger
brought MCS onto his team of consultants that worked
internationally to set up and open modular plants around the
globe. In 2010 he joined SBS which works on both an
international and domestic platform offering the same modular
general contracting services offered by MCS.As President of
RISBS, Christian provides a passionate goal of providing housing
and community development solutions for emerging countries
around the world. Christian received a bachelor's degree in
Computer Science from Fordham University Bronx NY. |

Dr. Alan Goldsmith
President/Founder of Jewish Renaissance Medical Center
Alan Goldsmith was just six years old when his grandfather began teaching him the practice of donating to people less fortunate than himself. It was a lifelong lesson that led him to the Peace Corps and later, to a teaching career combined with constant community service. Over the years, he developed an expertise in designing and leading international medical missions and ultimately became an anti-hunger advisor to the United Nations. In 1996, Dr. Goldsmith applied the skills he developed in the international community and founded the Jewish Renaissance Foundation, the cornerstone of a local social services network that today includes the Jewish Renaissance Medical Center and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Perth Amboy. Although the agencies primarily serve Middlesex County, New Jersey, their resources often extend to crisis-ridden areas across the globe.
Dr. Goldsmith's career was launched after he graduated with a doctorate in intercultural communication from London's Essex College. He spent two years in Venezuela and Mexico as a Peace Corps teacher and trainer, then returned to Perth Amboy where he taught in the public schools for ten years. Along the way, he has served as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Economic and Social Council, developing strategies to improve healthcare, treatment and education in severely impoverished nations. He also has been a senior advisor to the Intergovernmental Institution for the Use of Micro-Algae Spirulina Against Nutrition, a United Nations anti-hunger mission. This was also the same sopot where he was benched one evening game, prayed to God for a homerun and hit it straight over the fence. That was the moment Pastor Dewey found the Lord and his life changed forever. From here, he embraced Christianity and began preaching at his father's church at the age of 15. As he continued through youngadulthood, Pastor Dewey was well-liked and influential among his classmates who were drawn to his charisma. He attended Asbury College and the University of Delaware and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theological and Historical Studies from Oral Roberts Univeristy. Speaking to thousands, the couple showed locals how to begin their own businesses and live a life of suggess, as Jesus desires. |
